We’re so excited to invite you to our next beautifully curated Bumps, Babies & Brunch at the stunning Harbour Hotel, Christchurch.
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming brunch designed for expectant mums, new mums and little ones.
A chance to step away from the to-do list, enjoy a delicious brunch, and spend a few hours doing something just for you.
The perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded mums, enjoy quality time with your little one, and leave feeling refreshed, supported and inspired.
During the morning, you'll enjoy a calming baby massage session with Sam from Bloom & Balance Therapies, helping you and your baby relax while encouraging connection through gentle touch.
Through baby massage, Sam will be incorporating reflexology for digestion, discomfort and constipation, as well as massage techniques to support teething, coughs and colds.
We'll also be joined by Lucy from Snug Sleep, who will share practical, evidence based sleep guidance to help you understand your baby's sleep, navigate common challenges such as parental preference, separation anxiety and drawn out bedtimes. Creating the foundations for more settled nights and confident sleep routines.
You'll find a sensory craft area too, where you can create a special keepsake for your baby. A chance to slow down, get creative, and chat with other mums whilst making a little sensory toy for your little one.
Whether you're expecting your first baby, navigating the newborn stage, or chasing an adventurous early walker, this event is designed to support you wherever you are on your motherhood journey.
Capturing the morning will be the wonderful Sophie Bowdler Photography, taking beautiful candid moments between mum and baby, alongside optional keepsake photographs.
