Pregnancy comes with a lot of changes, and sometimes it’s nice to simply put on some music, move your body and have a little fun!

Bump in Harmony is a relaxed prenatal dance class created especially for expectant moms. Using gentle, pregnancy-friendly movements set to uplifting music, the class is designed to get you moving while also giving you the chance to meet and connect with other moms-to-be.

You don’t need any dance experience — this isn’t about perfect choreography or getting every step right. Just move at your own pace, enjoy the music and have fun.

Bump in Harmony is hosted by the New Parent Harmony Community Collective, an initiative bringing families together through accessible support, education, workshops and community events.
