About this Event

Help track and protect native bumblebees! Participants will learn how to identify local bumblebee species, observe pollinators in their habitats, and upload our observations and data to support real-world research and conservation efforts.

No admission fees for this program. $8 vehicle fee in effect. Each person in your party needs a ticket. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early. We will meet at the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park.
