And while we can’t always control what others do, we can teach your kids how to respond with confidence, self-control, and strength.Join us this September for our Bully Proof Confidence Academy, a 4-week self-defense program designed to help kids stand tall, physically and emotionally.
Through structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, your child will learn:
✅ Real self-defense techniques for real-world situations
✅ How to stay calm and confident under pressure
✅ Communication skills to de-escalate conflict
✅ The power of standing up for themselves
Classes are supportive, high-energy, and FUN. Kids leave not just stronger, but with new friendships and a boost in self-worth.
Open to kids of all experience levels. Classes meet every Monday and Wednesday in September starting September 3rd at 5:30 PM.
