PLEASE READ BELOW FROM THE FAMILY
At just four years old, Jameson has spent more time in hospital rooms than playgrounds. Since being diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, his childhood has been filled with needles, scans, surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell transplants, PICU stays, and weeks and months spent away from the comfort of home.
While most children his age are worried about toys and cartoons, Jameson has had to learn what it means to fight.
Through every painful treatment and every long hospital stay, he continues to smile, laugh, and show a strength far beyond his years. His family has stood beside him through every terrifying moment, every sleepless night, and every uncertain day.
This poker run is more than a fundraiser. It is a chance to remind Jameson and his family that they are not carrying this burden alone. Every mile ridden, every donation, and every show of support helps provide hope, relief, and strength as they continue this unimaginable journey.
Thank you for riding for Jameson and for helping a brave little boy keep fighting.
You can also provide support by visiting www.boltonfamilyfarm.com (http://www.boltonfamilyfarm.com/) to purchase "Bulldoze Caner" apparel - all proceeds go to the Bolton Family
