Built Well: A New Year Pilates + HIIT experience

Kick off the year feeling strong and energized! Join us in person for 'Built Well', a fun combo of Pilates and High-Intensity Training (HIIT) sponsored by DOMAIN HOMES. Perfect for all levels, this session will not only build strength and flexibility, but your network and community too!

Grab your workout gear and come ready to sweat, stretch, and start fresh with a supportive crew. Let’s get moving and 'Build Well' together.

Arrival 9:50 - 10 AM

HIIT class with Roddy 10 AM - 10:45 AM

Pilates with Heather 11 AM - 12 PM

Tour our staged home at any time during the event. Fitness classes and refreshments are completely complimentary and will be hosted on the ground level outside.

HIIT class will begin promptly at 10 AM so please be on time !
