Get inspired by how good a slice of bread can become in this workshop dedicated to the endlessly versatile toast board. We’ll explore three layered combinations designed to balance texture, spice, and seasonal ingredients:
Avocado toast elevated with a kick of Togarashier
Hart-beet cured salmon paired with whipped ricotta
A shakshuka-inspired toast topped with a jammy egg, berbere-roasted tomatoes, peppers, and a pleasant hit of spice
We’ll walk you through how each element is prepared, what makes the flavor combinations work, and how to bring it all together beautifully.
