Building Your Leadership Story and Identity Workshop

You are the heart of your business and this needs to be reflected in everything you do! Our workshop host Hilary will give you space to explore, think, try out new ways of being and look at things from a different perspective.
By mapping yourself in relation to your business and finding your leadership presence you will be able to build your own story and deepen understanding of what you stand for and 'your ground'. Creating a clear identity and inner strength will mean digging deep roots to help your business survive even the roughest storm.
Using a visual method called systemic constellation theory and a range of creative exercises Hilary will help you find new energy and direction, putting you in the driving seat.
Hilary will cover:
- How far you have travelled with your business so far
- Creating a clearer picture of your business story and yourself
- Strengthening your brand
- Creating an inner mentor
