Providing fathers with support, skills, and advice, to thrive in parenthood, every Saturday Morning over 8 weeks.
About this Event

In this 8-week Saturday Morning course, Dads will build a community of support together to support them in growing their skills as a parent and prioritising their wellbeing.

Each session includes a cooked breakfast and will cover topics such as prioritising your mental health, work-dad balance, nutrition and healthy eating, understanding child psychology, developing a closer bond with your child.

It is open to all dads and dads-to-be.

Saturday 12th October - Children are welcome to come and enjoy our Soft Play facilities prior to this session.
