Starting Monday, October 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM at ACCEL.FIT, join us for an 8-week small group (max 8 participants) personal training class designed specifically for women aged 65+. Here's the details:

8 week program - 2 classes per week (Mondays 2pm, Thursdays 2pm)

Starts Oct. 21st runs until Dec.12th

This class is suitable for all fitness levels (even if you have never lifted weights before)

Fee is $560 including tax for full 8 weeks, payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card
