Welcome to Building Strength, Building Confidence: 65+ Women’s Fitness! Starting Monday, October 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM at ACCEL.FIT, join us for an 8-week small group (max 8 participants) personal training class designed specifically for women aged 65+. This empowering experience focuses on building strength, enhancing balance, increasing bone density, improving brain health, and boosting overall fitness while gaining strength that supports everyday activities—all in a supportive, encouraging environment. Here's the details:
8 week program - 2 classes per week (Mondays 2pm, Thursdays 2pm)
Starts Oct. 21st runs until Dec.12th
This class is suitable for all fitness levels (even if you have never lifted weights before)
Fee is $560 including tax for full 8 weeks, payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card
