Building Soldierettes is BUILD-PCITI's inaugural women's workshop, launching Saturday August 29, 2026 at BUILD Headquarters in Los Angeles.
Designed as the sister program to BUILDing Youthful Warriors, Building Soldierettes is a PCITI-grounded workshop for women, guiding participants through discipline, intelligence, and purpose-driven tools to lead, serve, and stand in alignment with the men doing this work.
We are not here to replace the men. We are here to move alongside them. Because it is going to take all of us to carry this work forward.
Rooted in four core pillars:
Leadership.
Purpose.
Discipline.
Alignment.
This workshop is open to women of all ages.
