It is strongly recommended (but not required) that you REGISTER & ATTEND with a co-worker, for interactive partner work during the workshops.

OBJECTIVES:
- Understand how everyday workplace interactions influence stress, trust, and collaboration.
- Explore practical ways to increase reliability and psychological safety within teams.
- Practice communication behaviors that strengthen connection and reduce misunderstanding.
- Develop a simple personal practice plan to strengthen workplace relationships over time
- Recognize common patterns that increase conflict and defensiveness in workplace relationships.
- Practice communication approaches that support curiosity, respect, and psychological safety.
- Develop confidence in addressing misunderstandings before they become larger problems.
- Learn practical repair strategies that strengthen trust and preserve working relationships over time.
- Identify which repair and conversation strategies are appropriate to use with supervisors, and under what conditions

N OTE: This training activity is funded in partnership with Chabot -Las Positas Community College District and Mendocino County Social Services Agency, with grant funding that is specifically allocated to training professionals and caregivers in Mendocino County who work with foster youth or those at risk of entry.
