Event Details:

Downtown Rochester has experienced significant residential growth over the past decade, made possible by developers, investors, architects, designers, builders, public partners and others who have continued to invest in the community. Building Rochester is an opportunity to recognize that collective progress and look ahead to what comes next.

The event will bring together the people and organizations who have helped shape downtown housing while marking an important new milestone: the groundbreaking of City Walk, Sherman Associates’ new mixed-income housing development in the heart of downtown Rochester.

City Walk represents continued confidence in downtown Rochester at an important moment in its growth. Located near Mayo Clinic’s expanding campus and the future Link Rapid Transit corridor, the development will add 349 new homes and further strengthen downtown as a place to live, work and connect.
