Join this 3 hour informative and experiential face-to-face workshop, where we will be exploring how various breathwork techniques and other self-regulatory practices can:
a) support you to build your sense of calm throughout the day
b) help balance your nervous system, essential to your health and
c) help you to build long-term resilience, so that you adapt and bounce back more quickly from life's demands and challenges.
You will have the unique opportunity to learn and practice in a warm and welcoming environment, with numbers intentionally kept small to provide a more personal experience.
Additionally, after the workshop, you will be invited to join Stacey for 3 weeks via WhatsApp Broadcast for tips and exercises to support your experience and provide you with practical tools to incorporate into your daily routine.
