Building Operator Certification (BOC) Level II starting 10/1/2025

Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a nationally recognized training and certification program that focuses on energy efficient building operations and preventative maintenance procedures. The Level II training prepares building operators to evaluate the operation performance of buildings with a focus on improving energy efficiency and optimizing HVAC control systems with an emphasis on equipment sequence of operations and functional testing. Operators learn how to collect and analyze building data and apply this knowledge to through a five (5) part project series completed between class sessions. The training includes lectures, discussion, small group exercises, tests and project assignments and will require about 60 hours of time. This series will be taught online through Zoom with live, instructor led lectures on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 9:00am and 12:00 p.m. Central Time. See below for detailed class schedule.

The tuition covers all class materials, books, and credential recognition materials. Student handbooks will be shipped directly to registered students. SCHEDULE: This series will be taught online through Zoom with live, instructor led lectures on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 9:00am and 12:00 p.m. Central Time. If a student is unable to attend a session, we will provide recordings of the class and the student will be responsible for watching it and completing any assignments or tests for that class on their own time. Students may not miss more than 12-hours of class time in order to qualify for tuition reimbursement and certification.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND INFORMATION: No refunds will be provided for registrations canceled less than seven business days before the start of the first course in a training series. However, employers may substitute a different employee if the original registrant is unable to participate.
