Description:
Building Independence is a weekly group for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to practice life skills, build confidence, and connect with peers in a supportive environment. This session is offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join either in person or online.
We will focus on skill-building activities, community connection, and practical tools that support greater independence at home and in the community. Participants are welcome to join in whichever format works best for them.
Open to adults 18 and older.
