Juneau & Sauk Counties Housing Expo Event

At this in person event you will join local leaders, housing developers, community organizations, lenders, and housing partners for an informal networking and conversation session focused on creating more housing across Juneau and Sauk Counties.

This event provides a unique opportunity for developers to meet directly with local leaders and learn about current and future housing priorities, available development sites, community goals, and project opportunites across the region.

Developers can learn from municipal officials about:

• Current and planned housing projects
• Available sites and redevelopment opportunities
• Infrastructure and development readiness
• Financing, partnerships, and development resources

Set up in a convention expo format, all featured communities will each have an expo table to show off their city/village/township and share their specific housing data. Developers and other resource representatives (lenders, contractors, reat estate agents, funding and support organizations, etc) can mingle about the hall at their pleasure, gathering information and making connections. There is no formal presentation time within the two hour expo, so developers and resource representatives can come and go as they wish. Community leaders with expo tables will be available for the entire two hours.
