Building Blocks to Diabetes Management

This foundational prediabetes and diabetes self-management education class, led by certified diabetes educators, offers effective ways to help participants learn how to manage their diabetes, focusing on basic meal planning, medical management, and lifestyle. This event is free but registration is required.
Classes are normally held the second Saturday of the month from 9-11:30 a.m. in the Conference Center at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown.
