The monthly positive partnership workshop is focused on developing harmony and a positive partnership with your horse. You will learn to listen to their feedback and to establish a true connection and bond, along with having fun with your horse and learning new skills.
These workshops will be a mixture of ground work, group discussion sessions and ridden work, using tailored coaching that focuses on developing harmony and a positive partnership with your horse, establishing a true connection and bond along with having fun.
They will be full of a variety of activities, giving you time to spend with your horse and other likeminded people.
Each monthly workshop will look at a different aspect of either confidence or partnership building, so you can attend just one or come along and join us each month, it is up to you.
Beth is a very experienced coach with NLP and calm coach training and has a passion for building a strong connection and partnership between the rider and their horse.
We will be working in our airy indoor arena or our outdoor arena, depending on the weather and activities. Both provide a peaceful area to work in.
FORMAT
Starting at 10.30am the morning session covers a variety of in-hand activities and discussion that help improve your relationship and understand more about what your horse is telling you, followed by some quality hands on time with your horse
Lunch is at 12.15pm- drinks will be provided, please bring your lunch. We have a fridge available if needed. During lunch we will share ideas and discuss the morning session.
The ridden session will be at 1pm- which will include activities such as ;
• Rider body awareness – how our body influences the horse and why
• Listening to your horse and the feedback he or she is giving you.
• Flatwork activities to improve awareness, connection and harmony with your horse
• Polework activities to help build confidence and connection
We will wrap up with another discussion session along with tea and coffee at around 2.15pm to provide a focus for moving forward with your partnership.
Maximum of 6 people per workshop
COST - £95.00 per rider including use of a day stable in the stable barn. Payment is due when booking
Please bring along your own lunch and hay and a water bucket for your horse.
