Building a New Life: Widowed Social Gathering for those who are Lonely & in Grief


In this Group you will feel seen, heard and supported. It is a warm, supportive space for widowed adults & Solo Agers to connect with others who understand the journey of loss. Each gathering offers gentle conversation, companionship, and a caring community where you can share, listen, or simply be present — with no pressure or expectations.

Day & Time: Friday February 13th at 11am – 12:30pm

Location: Cambridge St, Lexington, MA

Facilitator: Carmel Murphy-Kotyan

Cost: $20 per session

Whether your loss is recent or years in the past, you are welcome here. Together, we will work on easing our loneliness and isolation, explore ways to find steadiness, rebuild confidence, and create new meaning as we navigate the next chapter of life.
