Join the Nation of Lifesavers -- You could be the difference between life and death for someone experiencing a cardiac event.- Learn (and experience) Hands-Only CPR
- Learn about using an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Be provided resources on creating Cardiac Emergency Response Plans (CERPs) for business owners, athletic facilities, etc.
- Learn how to spot warning signs of a cardiac event or stroke!
- Other resources available on healthy eating and nutrition, health equity initiatives, smoking cessation, women’s health, and MORE!
