Event Schedule:
🕑 2–3 p.m. – Happy Hour & Appetizers
🕒 3–5 p.m. – Annual Meeting, Visitor Guide Reveal & Awards Celebration, and Awards Celebration
🎉 Progressive Bingo for a Cause
For the second year, guests can also enjoy a progressive game of bingo throughout the program, with all bingo proceeds supporting the construction of the new Chamber and Welcome Center.
There will be five games of bingo woven into the event program. Play as many or as few as you’d like:
• Game 1 cards – $5
• Game 2 cards – $10
• Game 3 cards – $20
• Game 4 cards – $50
• Game 5 cards – $100
You can pre-order bingo cards when you register for the event, or purchase them separately as we get closer to the date. Cards will be ready for pick-up at registration, and we’ll have a limited number available for purchase the day of the event.
Together, we’ll celebrate the momentum behind building a brighter Clear Lake for our businesses and our community alike.
