This course is designed to introduce you to a Pilates class which focusses more on strengthening your body as a whole. We will work on improving your balance, mobilising your joints, resistance training and learning how to control your body to make your movements more effective and efficient. We will also learn good posture and technique and how to form good habits when moving. Optional challenges are offered during class to encourage you to progress your abilities and build on your strength.These classes are suitable for those with good body awareness or previous experience with Pilates, dance or Yoga, however beginners are welcome and trial classes are offered at £10 for new clients - please email or message me for information.
Each session is 55 minutes. Cost £54.
