Get cozy and creative in this beginner-friendly baking class where we take the humble oatmeal cookie to the next level! You’ll learn how to make versatile and foolproof oatmeal cookie bar base from scratch using simple pantry ingredients like butter, brown sugar, oats, and vanilla. Then the fun begins – customize your bars with a variety of mix-ins including chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, dried cranberries, and more. Whether you love rich and gooey or fruity and chewy, there’s a combo here for every taste!
You’ll go step-by-step through mixing, baking, and how to perfectly portion and store your bars. You’ll leave with a tray of delicious treats (perfect for picnics or sharing), a master recipe you can make again and again, and the confidence to get creative in the kitchen.
