Session 1: Foundations and fast wins · Wednesday, September 16 Get set up and get fluent. Choose your AI and configure it properly. Learn the handful of prompting patterns that genuinely change what comes back, and what you should never paste into a chatbot. You will run three real tasks from your own business before you leave.
Session 2: Make it yours · Wednesday, September 23 Teach the AI your business. Load in your own documents, your FAQs, and your voice, then build an assistant for the job you repeat most: answering the same customer questions, drafting quotes, writing your posts. You leave with it working, and you use it for a week.
Session 3: Your personal agent · Wednesday, September 30 Turn that assistant into an agent: something that takes on multi-step work across your tools and runs on a schedule without you standing over it. You leave running your own setup.

About the presenter Alex Smith is the founder of spktr, where he builds custom AI systems for growing businesses. He was a senior product manager at Klarna and the China general manager of Le Wagon, a global coding school, where his team taught thousands of students. He spent 12 years building and teaching technology in China and recently moved to Phoenixville. Everything he teaches, he runs on his own business.
