Build Your Bones

This program will provide a new topic each week to improve or maintain your bone health. This is a 7 week program. Each session will include a lecture, recipe demonstration by Lori and sampling to all participants.

The session topics include:

Basics of osteoporosis

Tests to diagnose osteoporosis

Medications

Healthy eating tips

Nutrients important for bone health

Fall prevention

Balance exercises

Physical activity for bone health

Moving safely with osteoporosis

Pre-registration is required, Register by April 21, 2025

Dates of the program series are April 24, May 1,8,22, 29, June 5 and 12.

Program cost is $30.00 a person.
