About this Event

Build With Purpose: A Four-Week Workshop for Female Founders

What are you building, and what do you want it to make possible?

Founders spend so much time responding to what their businesses need that it can be difficult to step back and ask the bigger questions:

What am I really building?

What matters most in this chapter?

What do I want this business to make possible in my life?

How do I make decisions that reflect those answers?

Build With Purpose is a four-week workshop for female founders who want space to think beyond the next deadline, reconnect with what matters, and make more deliberate choices about what they build next.

Hosted in partnership with the Female Founders Hub, the series brings together women who understand the ambition, uncertainty, pressure, and possibility of building something of their own.

Across four weekly sessions, we will combine thoughtful frameworks, guided reflection, practical exercises, and candid conversation. You will take stock of where you are, reconsider how you define success, map the support you need, explore how your values shape difficult decisions, and design a meaningful next experiment.

Each session offers a complete experience and can be attended individually. Together, the four sessions create a deeper journey from reflection to purposeful action.

This is not about abandoning your business or finding one perfect answer. It is an opportunity to pause long enough to see your work and life more clearly, then move forward with greater intention.

As a special bonus, the fabulous Kate of Kate Flemming Photography will be joining us to take fresh studio headshots for anyone who would like one.

Workshop Schedule
Week 1: The Founder’s Reset

August 18, 20265:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Before deciding what comes next, we will take an honest look at where you are now. Through the Headline of My Life Today, Worth Reset, and Wins Ledger exercises, you will surface what this chapter has asked of you, recognize what you have already built, and reconsider the measures you use to define success.

Week 2: Building Your Founder Circle

August 25, 20265:00 to 7:00 p.m.

No founder builds alone. We will map the people currently surrounding your work and life, identify the support you need next, and design small, practical experiments that help you move from reflection into action.

Week 3: Decisions Under Pressure

September 1, 20265:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Values are easiest to name when nothing is competing with them. This session explores what happens when your values meet real demands, uncertainty, and opportunity. You will examine how you make decisions under pressure and practice taking purposeful action before every answer is clear.

Week 4: Ambition on Your Own Terms

September 8, 20265:00 to 7:00 p.m.

What happens when you are still ambitious, but no longer willing to pursue success at any cost? We will explore ambition after exhaustion, the experience of being pulled away from the work you love, and the difference between what you are highly capable of doing and what you feel called to do next. You will leave with a meaningful next step or experiment.

You’ll Leave With

Depending on the sessions you attend, you will leave with:

  1. A clearer picture of what matters in this chapter of your work and life
  2. A more personal and expansive definition of success
  3. Greater awareness of how your values influence decisions under pressure
  4. A map of the relationships and support you need around you
  5. One concrete next step or experiment
  6. Early access to select Purpose Lab app tools, with the opportunity to help shape their development
  7. The option to have a fresh studio headshot taken by Kate Flemming Photography

This Workshop Is for You If
  1. You are building a business and rarely have space to step back from its daily demands
  2. You have achieved meaningful things, but your definition of success is evolving
  3. You feel energized by parts of your work and depleted or disconnected from others
  4. You are navigating growth, transition, uncertainty, or a difficult decision
  5. You want substantive conversation with other women who understand the realities of building

You do not need to be planning a dramatic change. Curiosity is enough.
