Build Visibility with Elegance is a full-day experience for women entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who are ready to be fully visible, in their market, in their work and in themselves.
This is not a conference. It is not a networking morning. It is a carefully, intentionally and beautifully designed day, built around one question that sits at the heart of everything we do: How do we want the women in this room to feel?
The experience is structured around The Visible Woman Framework, a philosophy created by event strategist and founder of Events Upon Thames, Gina Rodriguez, built on one simple but radical insight:
You cannot build a visible business from an invisible self.
The day explores three interconnected dimensions of visibility:
Market Visibility — how you show up externally, attract clients and build a presence that is authentically and powerfully yours.
Self-Visibility — how well you understand yourself as a woman in business, your identity, your values and how you express who you are to the world.
Inner Visibility — the confidence, the neuroplasticity and the psychological foundation from which everything else becomes possible.

The Experience
Doors open at 9.15 am at the stunning Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club in Richmond upon Thames, a venue chosen because it moves you the moment you arrive.
The morning is built around three expert sessions.
Lunch, weather permitting, will be served in our beautiful Sunken Garden. A gorgeous green enclosure that offers a genuine moment of restoration, connection and fresh air in the middle of a day designed to transform.
The afternoon takes you deeper, into identity, confidence and the long game of building something sustainable and meaningful on your own terms.
The day closes with prosecco, connection and the quiet but powerful feeling of having spent a day entirely in your element.
