Build Model Yachts for Racing at the Bristol Harbour Festival

Saturday fun workshops from 11am to 2pm. Options: 6th July or 13th July. Suits a family or team of young people seeking fame at the Festival. Each team needs at least one person aged 12 or above . Plenty to do for young and old to make the model sail and look good. Boats will sail at 2pm on Sunday 21st July. One team member will take their team's yacht out into the harbour to launch, watched by thousands of spectators. Workshops are on a ship in the Harbour with ships-tours and refreshments on hand. Your model will be stored on the ship or you can take it home. Models will be made ready from 1pm on Sunday 21st July before the launch event. Prizes for the race winners.
