Participants will learn who should have a will, what goes into one, and the difference between a will and a trust. We will also discuss how planning ahead can help prevent issues like tangled titles and ensure your assets are passed down to the people you choose.

During the workshop, we will also introduce other important documents such as a Power of Attorney and Advance Healthcare Directive. Participants may also be eligible for a free follow-up appointment to have their documents prepared.
