This class is designed for 4th - 6th graders.
Students will build, program, test, and troubleshoot their own mBot2 robot while learning how mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, and computer code work together. Beginning with robot assembly, students will progress from basic driving commands to autonomous navigation and sensor-based challenges.
The course uses block-based programming and emphasizes hands-on experimentation, problem-solving, teamwork, and persistence. During the final week, students will combine everything they have learned to complete a multi-part robotics mission.
