In this interactive session, we get into where the pivot to independent work actually breaks down, what's really going on underneath it and a practical three-step framework for moving through it.
You'll leave knowing what's been stopping you and with a clear idea of what to do about it.

Sofia has spent the last decade building a career on her own terms - from Cape Town and Stockholm to a jungle coworking space in Sri Lanka.
She's the founder of RE:IMAGINE, an incubator for women navigating career transitions, and has been working independently for several years across marketing, speaking and building things she believes in.
She speaks and facilitates on the future of work, career reinvention and the fears that get in the way of building something of your own. She has spoken for TEDx, Impact Hub and Stockholm School of Economics.
