The City of Lima invites entrepreneurs, small business owners, and aspiring business leaders to our Build a Better Business Entrepreneur Series. This free four-part series is designed to help you develop the skills and strategies needed to grow and strengthen your business.This series is presented in partnership with Eric Smith, Program Extension Associate of the Community & Economic Development Program at Central State University, and Andrew Kantonen, Commercial Officer at Superior Credit Union, both of whom bring expert insight and resources to help you on your entrepreneurial journey.
Each session covers key skills for small business success — from planning and marketing to financial and risk management.
