A Bed for Every Child

Pilgrim Church Duxbury’s Mission and Outreach Committee is again pleased to provide the re-scheduled the church and Duxbury Community with the opportunity to support "A Bed for Every Child" project.
A Bed for Every Child project ensures that no child goes without a bed, regardless of their family's financial situation. Since 2012, they have worked tirelessly, collaborating with schools, healthcare institutions, and community organizations throughout Massachusetts, delivering beds to over 1600 children annually who need them most—at no cost to their families.
On Saturday, APRIL 18th, 2026 from 10 AM - 12 PM, teams will gather at Pilgrim Church and build 10 beds and are inviting teams of 4 people to sponsor and help build each bed! The sponsorship for each bed is $400, this includes all building supplies and mattress for the bed.
Reservations for full sponsorship ($400) from a company, organization or family will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
If you want to sign up to be part of a building team, we do request that all participating make a free will donation to the project to offset the cost.
Donations will be gladly accepted in any denomination. Please consider sharing this announcement with friends, family and your employer, any and all support of this project is gladly accepted.
Donations of NEW twin size sheets and comforters will also be accepted.
