Get ready for a frightfully fun (FREE) family day at Buhr Park! Enjoy a silent disco, food trucks, artisan vendors, photo booth, craft stations, inflatables, spooky trivia and face painting.Pumpkin Carving Contest
Carving takes place 1–3 p.m. (you can start hollowing at 12:30 p.m.), with public voting from 3–3:30 p.m. Brackets: youth 12 and under (decorating only), teens 13–18, and adults 18+. Themes include scariest, funniest and most creative, with 1st and 2nd place prizes in each bracket. Participants bring their own pumpkins and tools (no rotary tools). Youth supplies provided.

Pie Baking Contest
Judging begins at 1:30 p.m. Brackets: youth 18 and under, adult 18–65, and senior 65+. Pies are judged on appearance, tenderness, flavor, creativity and overall impression (bring a short description for judges to read). Disposable pans required.

Costume Contest
