Join us for Bugs, Blooms, and Brown Bags at Hemlock Crossing! Bring your lunch and enjoy an engaging presentation exploring the fascinating insects that call the prairie home. Learn about common prairie insects, the native plants they depend on, and the important host plant relationships that support pollinators and other wildlife. After the presentation, we'll head into the prairie for a hands-on insect collecting and identification experience, giving participants an up-close look at the diversity of life found in this unique ecosystem.
