Get ready for a night full of buzzing excitement at River Bend Nature Center’s BugFest! A family-favorite event celebrating the incredible world of insects.This year, we’re bringing the experience to life with a LIVE Bug Petting Zoo in partnership with Oklahoma State University’s Insect Adventure! Come face-to-face with fascinating creatures, from giant millipedes to beetles and more, and discover just how amazing (and important!) bugs really are.
Enjoy an evening packed with hands-on fun, including:
*Bug Hunt Contest with prizes!
*Bug Costume Contest with prizes!
*Bug Games
*Buggy Crafts
*And lots more buggy fun!
Whether you’re a bug lover or just a little curious, BugFest is the perfect way to explore the tiny creatures that play a big role in our ecosystem!
