🧘 Every Wednesday, we introduce three simple meditation practices: mindfulness of breathing, metta bhavana (the cultivation of loving-kindness), and a guided body scan.
🧘 We’ll explain everything from the very beginning, including meditation posture, how each practice works, and what you can expect from them. There’s no need for any previous experience – we’ll meditate together, with gentle guidance throughout the session.
☕ Afterwards, we’ll share a cup of tea and have time for an informal chat. If you’ve ever been curious about Buddhism, meditation, or anything related to the Buddhist path, this is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet new people, and explore these topics in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
🌿 Evening schedule:
6:00 – doors open
6:30 – 7:30 – an introduction & guided meditation
7:30 – 8:30 – tea & chat
