A half day retreat led by a Zen Buddhist monk called Reverend Favian. There will be three periods of meditation, a talk from Reverend Favian and the chance to ask questions. There will also be a short morning service. Entry by donation and we recommend £10 to help cover the venue hire and travel costs.
Everyone is welcome to attend but if possible it is advised to attend one of our weekly Thursday night meetings first, which are held at The Haven from 7.30pm to 9.00pm every week.
