Wayne Motts is one of the most popular and widely recognized historians in the U.S. today associated with the American Civil War and, particularly, the Battle of Gettysburg. Mr. Motts is currently Executive Director of the National Civil War Museum in Harrisburg, PA. His observations will include an overview of the battle and accounts of notable contributions made by regiments from both Ohio and West Virginia in the critical outcome of one of the Civil War’s largest and most important battles.
