The start of a new year doesn’t always need big resolutions or pressure to “do more”. Sometimes, we just need to slow down and reset.This 𝑩𝒖𝒃𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒔 & 𝑷𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕 – 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝑬𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 is a small, intimate studio session designed to help you pause, reflect, and gently look ahead — using creativity as a tool for clarity.
You don’t need to be “artistic”.
You don’t need a plan.
You just need curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

* A calm, welcoming studio environment
* Guided creative prompts to reflect on the year that’s been
* Gentle questions to help you clarify what you want (or need) next
* Time to paint, think, and breathe — at your own pace
* A small group (maximum 5–6 adults)
* Bubbles and light refreshments included
This is not a therapy session and not a goal-setting workshop.
It’s a creative reset — a moment to reconnect with yourself before the year takes over.
