RSVP tickets will be available on May 11, 2026 (Mon) 1:00 PM (PDT) through the link below.

[Entry Information]

- You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your RSVP slot starts and wait in line outside of the store as guided by staff members.

- Please present your RSVP confirmation email along with a valid ID upon arrival.

- Entrance may be restricted if you arrive after your slot has started.

- Once your slot starts, staff members outside may guide you into the entrance.

- Walk-in visitors are accepted, but entrance is not guaranteed.

- Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting, and failure to comply may result in being asked to leave. 

- Overnight waiting is not permitted.

- Any behavior that disrupts the experience for others may be restricted by on-site security and the management team.

[Management Policy]

Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to agree to the following:

- Food and beverage consumption is not allowed inside.

- All animals are restricted except for service animals.

- The pop-up is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, or for any injuries.

- Photography and videography are permitted.

- By entering this site, you consent to being recorded and photographed.

- The management team reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if they fail to comply with pop-up policies or pose a risk to other visitors.

[Purchase Information]

- All sales prices do not include sales tax.

- Credit card payments only. (Some cards may not be accepted depending on issuer policies.)

- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Exchanges for defective products can only be processed on-site with a valid receipt. Please inspect your items before leaving.
• For random photocards that are provided with an album purchase, minor defects such as dents, scratches, or pressure marks 5mm or smaller are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- Items will be restocked daily but may sell out early. 

- Shopping bags are available for purchase only with a product purchase. They cannot be purchased separately or as an add-on.
