Bring your own journal and fill it with fun things with others who share your interest-and perhaps passion- in journaling and creating with collage and found materials. During this monthly casual and creative meetup, we'll have a 'buffet' table of sorts full of craft supplies, paper, scissors, glue sticks, stickers and tons of ephemera and other materials for you to use! (Feel free to bring anything you want to share or swap with other club members!)
New to junk or art journaling? No problem! We're here to help and share tips and tricks. Not sure what a 'junk' journal is? A 'junk' journal is a handmade, highly personalized book created from recycled, found, or "junk" materials like old envelopes, maps, magazine pages, and fabric scraps. It serves as a creative, eclectic, and often vintage-style diary, sketchbook, or memory-keeping album, allowing for artistic freedom without the pressure of perfection.
