BTND Run Crew Launch Event.

Join lululemon and Jake Williamson for the official launch of BTND Run Crew—a weekly run club all about connection, community, and fun.

The event will kick off with a gentle warm-up before everyone sets off on their run. There’s no set pace, or distance. Just 30-minutes on your feet, looping around Clapham common—whatever that looks like to you. Crew Captains will also be on hand to make sure you feel supported from start to finish. Expect music, lights, and plenty of party energy.

After the session, stick around for more connection, post-run treats, and refreshments courtesy of Tenzing and Smart protein . Plus, an exclusive giveaway from lululemon you won't want to miss.

Founded by Jake Williamson, Better The Next Day is a run crew all about chasing that post-run rush. What makes BTND different? Jake created the club to provide a safe space for anyone who wants to get moving—regardless of who they are, who they love, or how fast they run.

19.00: Bag drop Brew and Barrel

19:10: Gentle warm up

19.20: Run begins

19:50 Run finishes

20.00: Fun, friends, and refreshments

Important info:

- Parking will be limited so please try to commute/lift share

- There is secure space to lock a bike nearby

- Bag drop will be available in Brew and Barrell

- Come ready to run with your own water bottle, flashing lights and dress warm.

(Lights will also be provided)

- Run route is mostly suitable for those with access needs

- A guide runner will be available on request
