BTBC is a dragon boat team based in Boston, USA, and one of the few teams that has represented the United States at the World Dragon Boat Championships.
After the exciting Boston Dragon Boat Festival, we received many inquiries from people asking whether there are still opportunities to join the team. We heard you!
We will be hosting a Dragon Boat Tryout & Experience Day on 6/27 (Sat) from 9-11 am.
Whether you have previous paddling experience or not, you are welcome to come experience the excitement and spirit of dragon boating while getting to know our team—a group that has been dedicated to promoting the sport and building connections within the local community.
The event will be led by professional coaches, and team members will be there throughout the session to provide guidance and support. All paddles, life jackets, and safety equipment will be provided, so you can enjoy the experience with confidence.
After the tryout, we will also organize a team lunch gathering (location to be announced). Everyone is welcome to join us for food, conversation, and community.
