Join us at BSR for our free weekly evening run and social beer. We meet outside the Boscombe Pier Entrance and leave just after 7pm. Our route has two option, 7.5km (4.7 miles) or 5km (3.1 miles) both routes go along the cliff top to Boscombe pier and back along the beach with everyone running at their own pace (4.25 to 7 min km or 7 to 11 min miles) and we welcome all levels of runners.
If you don't fancy doing the whole run there are shorter routes. The longer route carries on past the pier and up the next hill after Bournemouth Pier and along to the chimes, down the first chimes and back to Boscombe Pier.
Timings:
7.00pm Meet at Boscombe Pier
7:05 start run (5k or 7k at your own pace)
7:45 finish at the Harvester Bar (Neptune) for social drinks (about 20 steps from the pier)
