BSL Level 1 course 2026/27 (Tuesday evenings)

Objective:
To learn Level 1 BSL communication skills relating to the following topics:
Meeting people, numbers, calendar information, weather, transport, directions, countries; describing family, animals, objects; interests and activities, food and drink, and work.
Aims:
To complete the three qualification units as follows:-
BSL 101 – Introduction to BSL
BSL 102 – Conversational BSL
BSL 103 – Communicate in BSL about everyday life
Upon completion, students will take three assessments and, if successful, achieve the Level 1 Award in British Sign Language, accredited by our awarding body, Signature. www.signature.org.uk
Start date: Tuesday 8th September 2026
End date: Tuesday 25th May 2026

Time: 7-9pm
Duration: 32 weeks (Term Time Only)
Cost: £595 payable in full at time of booking OR 3 x £202 interest free monthly instalments (includes an administration fee).
