Hop aboard a creative voyage that blends the whimsical charm of early cartoons with the hazy magic of impressionist art. In Brushes & Boat Tunes, students will explore character design and storytelling inspired by Steamboat Willie, then reinterpret those visuals through expressive acrylic techniques. Expect bold lines, dreamy strokes, and textures that bring nostalgic scenes to life in entirely new ways.
Sean is a visual artist from Montgomery, AL, whose work fuses anime, street art, and folklore into vibrant, character-driven creations. Since starting with spray paint and stencils in 2015, he’s evolved his craft through acrylics and traditional techniques, bringing whimsical monsters and robots to life with humor and heart. His art has appeared in galleries, festivals, and comic conventions nationwide, and he regularly collaborates with businesses and local creatives. Through every brushstroke, Sean invites viewers into a world where imagination sparks transformation and stories unfold in unexpected ways.
