Brunswick x Billecart Salmon Vintage Champagne dinner at Wild Flor

An exciting first for Brunswick, we're joining forces with renowned champagne house Maison Billecart Salmon to host a paired champagne dinner at the wonderful local restaurant Wild Flor. This is an opportunity to taste vintage and non-vintage champagnes, paired with delicious food, in the company of Billecart Salmon's Charlie Wethered who'll guide you through each wine throughout the evening.

This will be a Blanc de Blancs and Brut Rosé-themed evening to celebrate the latest prestige cuvées of the house. This is the menu:

Join us upstairs at Wild Flor at 7.30 pm on Thursday 27th June. Tickets are £125 per head including VAT. There'll be a discount on any Billecart Salmon products purchased on the night.

Maison Billecart Salmon was founded in 1818 after the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. Billecart Salmon champagne has a long, illustrious history.
