About Bruno Souza:

Since 1995, Bruno has been helping Java developers advance their careers and work on exciting projects. A recognized Java Evangelist and Java Champion, as well as a board member of the Java Community Process, Bruno founded and leads SouJava, the Brazilian Java Users Society. In his book, "Developer Career Masterplan," Bruno shares insights on career development for senior developers, topics he further explores in his Code4.life project.

About Luiz Real:

Luiz Real is a Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Java. Beyond his technical work, Luiz is an active community leader at SouJava JUG and organizer of major conferences such as TDC and DevConverge, where he helps developers share knowledge, build meaningful relationships, and grow their careers.

About Thiago Gonzaga:

Thiago has over 20 years of experience as a Java developer, architect, and DevOps engineer, with a strong focus on observability and cost optimization. He is a community leader at the Java Noroeste Users Group (São Paulo, Brazil) and an Oracle ACE Associate, having organized the local Java Day since 2008.
